L’Antico Frantoio Fratelli Muratorio is on the ground floor and forms part of the local history, it has now been transformed into a small museum where Maura Muratorio will be pleased to describe the old ways of extra virgin olive oil pressing.

The tasting of Maura's own extra virgin olive oil takes place beneath its vaulted ceiling especially for her guests.
